1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are offered in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law for parts that are:
Faulty, defective, or not as described
Returned within 14 days with proof of purchase
2. Exclusions
Refunds do not apply to:
Electrical items once installed
Change-of-mind returns
Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse

4. Shipping Costs
